The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor released it yearly country report on Ethiopia on March 11, 2008. Titled "Country Reports on Human Rights Practices – 2007", the report confirms, among other atrocities of TPLF, the cold blooded murder of innocent students in Guyii, Oromia; the banning of “a traditional animist Oromo religious group”; the wide spread rounding up and arresting of Oromo nationals prior to and during the so-called Ethiopian Millennium. Speaking about the later victims, the report goes on to say “Nearly all those held were not charged with any crime or brought to court. At years end 148 remained in jail.” Read the full report Here.
